Office Administrator

Apricus seeks an “Office Gladiator” to manage daily operations who can become an integral part of the team in a diverse and challenging role. Applicants should be a confident, well-rounded with thorough administrative skills capable of supporting sales and administrative activities.

What is expected of the successful applicant:

- Administrative duties including: stock ordering, dispatching procedures, invoicing, stock management control and bookkeeping
- Coordinating logistics with our freight forwarder (customs broker)
- Help sales team liaise with and support distributors on regular basis.
- General office administration
- Assist in a diverse range of business and marketing initiatives as necessary

Desirable criteria:

- Passionate about the environment.
- Administrative background.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Personable, excellent communicator with good people skills.
- Polite telephone manner.
- Pro-active and capable of multi-tasking.
- Customer service skills desired.
- Retail/Sales experience a bonus as the role has potential to include some direct sales.
- Financial skills (MYOB or Quickbooks) a bonus.
- Degree or Diploma in Business administration, Finance or Sales/Marketing desirable but not essential.

Full time position in Branford, CT USA. Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
