Solar Collectors

The Apricus Evacuated Tube Solar Collector is a device that absorbs thermal energy from the sun and converts it into usable heat. The heat is normally absorbed by water, or a freeze resistant water mix, which can then be used to supplement hot water heating, space heating and even space cooling via use of an absorption chiller or dessicant cooler technology.

The AP Solar Collector combines evacuated tube technology and heat pipes to provide domestic hot water and space heating for your home or business. Available in 10, 20 and 30-tube models, the AP collector meets NSF61 standards and is compatible with open loop, closed loop and drainback systems.
